AHHHHHHHH I made a mermaid OC uwu!!! Her name atm is Lily and I'm honestly so happy with her design even if it is quite simple <3



Lily is something like Oliver's (owned by ) chaperone/ older sister figure as he finds a second home in the human world. She is all the rage about mermaid culture and she is quite iffy with humans but respects Oliver's wishes to study all about them. She cares very deeply for him, and loves him like family.
